MEADOW LAKE – The Meadow Lake RCMP arrested 27-year-old Andrew Aubichon on July 13 in Green Lake. Aubichon. He faces multiple charges and appeared in Meadow Lake Provincial court today.
Aubichon was wanted by Île-à-la-Crosse RCMP on charges of sexual assault, forcible confinement, assault with a weapon, assault by choking and assault causing bodily harm. Police say the charges were laid in relation to a July 2025 investigation.
Following Aubichon’s appearance in court on July 14, he was remanded in custody. A bail hearing is scheduled for July 23 in Île-à-la-Crosse court.
RCMP had released his photo on July 11 warning the public not to approach him and report any sightings.
