Sometimes when a good song comes on the radio you just have to stomp your foot, snap your fingers, or sing out loud and we radio announcers are no different. One of our favourites at 620 CKRM is the late great Canadian Stompin’ Tom Connors with his toe-tapping hits like “Bud the Spud,” “The Hockey Song,” and “Sudbury Saturday Night.”
As you’d imagine our control room floor has taken a real beating over the years and we think we found the culprit…..Gloria Evans.
We caught her stompin’ up a storm Monday morning. Lucky for us, she’s also very handy with tools…
