SASKATCHEWAN – For the month of August, the Saskatchewan RCMP have released their latest list of wanted offenders from around the province.
Among the names that police are seeking, two of the men on the list are known to have ties to the west central area of Saskatchewan.
Cory Lee Rushkewich, 34, is wanted for aggravated assault, three counts of pointing a firearm, and robbery. RCMP caution that Rushkewich is known to be violent. He is described as 5’11”, 231 pounds, with brown hair, blue eyes, full neck tattoos, and sleeve tattoos on his right arm and leg. He is missing his right index finger. Police say he may be in the Rosetown, Ituna, or Saskatoon areas.
Brenden Ross Taylor, 34, is wanted on two counts each of sexual assault and sexual interference. He is described as 5’10”, 149 pounds, with light brown hair and hazel eyes. RCMP say he may be in Cabri, Swift Current, or Edmonton, Alta.
In addition, the August list of most wanted suspects also includes:
Irvine James Merasty, 43, wanted for assault, uttering threats, unlawful confinement, possession of a weapon, obstructing justice, and failure to attend court. May be in La Ronge, Sask.
Eldon James Cone, 57, wanted for sexual interference and sexual exploitation of a young person. May be in Saskatoon, Mistawasis First Nation, or Shellbrook, Sask.
John Alfonso Anasarias, 27, wanted for sexual offences including sexual assault and sexual interference. May be in Besay, Philippines, Lintlaw, Sask., or Regina.
Brennan Harold Sakwebow, 37, wanted for aggravated assault, weapons offences, breaking and entering, forcible confinement, and firearms-related charges. May be in Saskatoon, Meadow Lake, or Pelican Lake First Nation.
Allison Anne Bear, 32, wanted for aggravated assault, breaking and entering, forcible confinement, and weapons offences. May be in Big River First Nation, Pelican Lake First Nation, or Shellbrook.
Dallas Fulton (also known as Dallas Laliberte, “Pew Pew”), 28, wanted for aggravated assault, unlawful bodily harm, robbery with a firearm, and weapons offences. May be in Duck Lake, Sask.
Gerry Lloyd Roberts, 43, wanted for multiple assaults, forcible confinement, robbery with a firearm, and weapons offences. May be in La Ronge.
Thompson Venne, 24, wanted for sexual assault, forcible confinement, sexual interference, mischief, and failure to comply. May be in La Ronge.
Owen Head, 18, wanted for aggravated assault, robbery, and unlawful confinement. May be in Carrot River, Red Earth Cree Nation, or Nipawin, Sask.
On top of this list of suspects, there are two others who still remain wanted from previous lists:
Payton Desjarlais, 28, wanted for aggravated assault and possession of a weapon. May be in Saskatoon, Carlyle, Fishing Lake First Nation, Wadena, or Cold Lake, Alta.
Izaiah Zachary Nippi, 20, wanted for robbery, uttering threats, and weapons offences. May be in Saskatoon, Whitecap Dakota First Nation, or Calgary, Alta.
RCMP say offenders are chosen for the monthly list based on a data-driven scoring system using Statistics Canada’s Crime Severity Index, not personal characteristics such as age, gender, ethnicity, or religion.
Anyone with information on these individuals is urged not to approach them, but to call 310-RCMP or 911 in an emergency.
