Meow! The Regina Cat Rescue’s Sarah Ritchie has details on how to help support the current 75 cats and kittens that are looking for their furever homes. The Cool Cat Raffle helps this non-profit registered charity. The foster based organization in Regina helps with rehabilitation of street cats so they might be adopted. Volunteer based, the Regina Cat Rescue depends on critter lovers to help out with donations for the spay and neuter programs, food, medications, pet accessories like toys and eventual adoption.
If you would like to volunteer with Regina Cat Rescue, I’m sure they would be more than happy to chat. One of the things the organization does to receive donations is working at the Western Pizza concession in Harvard Lounge at Mosaic Stadium during Roughrider games. As most cats are, the organization is happy to see new faces, but probably won’t rub against your leg nor make biscuits!
