NIPAWIN — A woman was found in a business early Thursday morning and was ultimately charged with three break-and-enters by Nipawin RCMP.
“Responding officers arrived within minutes of the call which was helpful in making a timely arrest in this case,” says Nipawin Detachment Commander S/Sgt. Kyle Wyonzek.
Nipawin RCMP received a report of a break and enter on Sept. 11 at approximately 4:30 a.m. Officers immediately responded to a business on the 300 block of 1st Avenue West in Nipawin and located an adult female inside the business who was arrested by police.
Two additional break-and-enters on the 1000 block of 8th Street West were also reported to Nipawin RCMP on Sept. 11. All three businesses reported theft of an undetermined amount of cash and investigation determined a single suspect was responsible, say police.
