YORKTON – A new court date has been set for a Saltcoats man, facing numerous charges, including attempted murder, in connection with the assault of a young child in Yorkton.
41-year-old Frederick Stewart was in Yorkton Court of King’s Bench Friday, where he had his matters adjourned to Nov. 21.
On Feb. 1, Yorkton RCMP received a report of a serious assault at a home on Waterloo Road.
A child, who is under the age of six, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
