SASKATOON – Update, Oct. 14, 4:20 p.m.: A 26-year-old woman is charged with aggravated assault and breaching court-imposed conditions, following an investigation into a stabbing from last month.
She was arrested on Sept. 30, without incident by the Warrant Enforcement Unit.
Original post, Sept. 15, 3:13 p.m.: Members of the Serious Assault Unit are investigating following a stabbing over the weekend in Saskatoon.
At approximately 7 p.m., Sept. 12, police received a report of an injured woman in the 1600 block of 20th Street West. Upon arrival, officers were able to locate the scene on a sidewalk nearby and found the 33-year-old victim already received treatment for multiple stab wounds at St. Paul's Hospital. The victim received non-life-threatening injuries.
