Unity Report – Sept. 16 to 22
RCMP received a report of counterfeit currency received at a business, but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
A 47-year-old male from Unity was charged with assault, uttering threats and two counts of fail to comply with an undertaking condition after members received a complaint of assault. The same individual was also charged with two counts of uttering threats and another count of fail to comply with an undertaking condition after a complaint of uttering threats.
Members assisted Livestock Services of Saskatchewan with a livestock transaction dispute.
Police are investigating a complaint of assault.
RCMP received a report of a vehicle fire in Unity. Unity Fire Department extinguished the fire, which was not suspicious in nature.
Members conducted a well-being check at the request of an employer.
Police received a report of a combine fire in a rural area near Luseland. Luseland Fire Department extinguished the fire, which was not suspicious in nature.
RCMP received a complaint of trespassing. Members attended but could not locate the subjects of complaint.
Police received a report of gunshots in a rural area. Members attended and spoke to the subjects of complaint who were hunting. No further police action required.
Members are investigating a complaint of forgery.
RCMP received a complaint of an individual not complying with an undertaking condition. This matter is still under investigation.
Police received a complaint of a vehicle colliding with a gate near Unity. This matter is still under investigation.
Members received a report of a vehicle collision with a deer. Reported for insurance purposes.
RCMP received a report of a combine fire in a rural area north of Macklin. Macklin Fire Department extinguished the fire, which was not suspicious in nature.
Members received a report of a missing person. The individual was located by a family member.
Police received a complaint of trespassing. Members attended and requested the individual leave the area. No further police action required.
RCMP received a complaint of trespassing. This matter is still under investigation.
There were also three false 911 calls and one traffic complaint.
Wilkie Report
RCMP received a complaint of theft. This matter is still under investigation.
Members received a complaint of disturbing the peace, but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
Police received a report of two dogs running loose in Wilkie. Members made a referral to the Bylaw Officer.
RCMP received a complaint of disturbing the peace. Members spoke to the subject of the complaint.
Members received a complaint of an individual taking a motor vehicle without consent. This matter is still under investigation.
Police received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.
Members are investigating a complaint of theft.
RCMP received a complaint of trespassing. Members attended, but the subject of complaint was gone on arrival.
Police received a complaint of a suspicious individual in a rural area near Wilkie. Members patrolled but could not locate the subject of complaint.
Members are investigating a complaint of graffiti at Wilkie Memorial Park.
There was also one traffic complaint.
Macklin Report
RCMP received a report of a vehicle collision with a streetlight. This matter is still under investigation.
Members received a Mental Health Act complaint. This matter is still under investigation.
Police assisted an individual looking for a tow company.
RCMP received a complaint of an unwanted individual at a residence. This matter is still under investigation.
Members received a complaint of uttering threats, but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
Police received a complaint of theft. This matter is still under investigation.
Members received a complaint of disturbing the peace, but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
RCMP received a complaint of trespassing. Members patrolled but could not locate the subject of complaint.

A 49-year-old male from Macklin was charged with uttering threats after Members received a complaint of threats.
There were also two traffic complaints.
