ESTEVAN — The Estevan Police Service is investigating after an Oct. 3 assault complaint.
Officers responded to the report from a central Estevan establishment, which resulted in minor injuries to another patron. A male suspect fled the scene upon police arrival. Despite what the EPS called "an extensive search" of the area, the individual was not located. The matter remains under investigation.
Members responded to a report of a truck driving recklessly in an east Estevan parking lot. The vehicle was located and the driver was warned regarding his actions.
Members attended an east Estevan store parking lot Oct. 4 following a report of fireworks being set off. Those responsible were located and warned about the City of Estevan bylaw prohibiting the use of fireworks within city limits.
Police were dispatched to a central Estevan location in response to a minor vehicle collision. Assistance was provided with the exchange of information for reporting purposes.
