YORKTON – One of two men arrested in Yorkton, that resulted in an injury caused by police to one of the suspects, has appeared in court again.
Twenty-year-old Triston Hunter was in Yorkton Provincial Court today, where he was remanded in custody to Oct. 15.
On Sept. 17, Yorkton RCMP received a report about a theft at a store on Broadway Street.
While police were chasing down one of the suspects, a 22-year-old man was hit by a police vehicle, and suffered non-life-threatening injuries
