A man has been charged with driving without due care and attention, after a two-vehicle collision on the Muskowekwan First Nation.
On the morning of June 4, Punnichy RCMP received a report of a crash on Highway 15, where a truck and a marked RCMP vehicle collided.
The Mountie was taken to hospital by STARS air ambulance for injuries described as serious, but not life threatening.
The police investigation determined the truck driver was in the wrong lane of the highway, and was using a cell phone at the time of the collision.
