MEADOW LAKE — A man and a woman are wanted in relation to a report of a robbery with a firearm in Meadow Lake.
On Oct. 19 at approximately 10:15 p.m., Meadow Lake RCMP received a report of a vehicle theft.
The investigation determined an altercation occurred between two men and a woman at a residence on Second Street in Meadow Lake. One of the men reportedly had a firearm and pointed it at the other man, demanding the keys to his SUV. The firearm was not discharged. The male suspect and female suspect left the residence in the stolen vehicle. No physical injuries were reported to police.
Officers responded and made patrols in the surrounding area in search of the stolen vehicle and the suspects. They were not located.
As a result of the continued investigation, 33-year-old Ritchie Wolverine, from Flying Dust First Nation, is charged with:
- one count, robbery with a firearm;
- one count, careless use of a firearm;
- one count, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose;
- one count, carrying a concealed weapon;
- one count, unauthorized possession of a firearm;
- one count, possession of a firearm when knowing possession unauthorized;
- one count, possession of restricted firearm/prohibited weapon with ammunition without licence/registration;
- one count, weapons possession contrary to order; and
- one count, failure to comply with release order condition.
Ruth Arnold, 28, from Meadow Lake, is charged with one count, robbery with a firearm.
Warrants have been issued for Wolverine’s and Arnold’s arrest. Meadow Lake RCMP continue work to locate Wolverine and Arnold and ask members of the public to report sightings and information on their whereabouts.

- Height: 5’9”
- Weight: 160 lbs
- Eye colour: brown
- Hair colour: brown
- Other descriptors: multiple tattoos, including words and numbers on his neck, a money sign and crown on his left arm, and a cross on his cheek.
Ruth Arnold is described as:
- Height: 5’7”
- Weight: 130 lbs
- Eye colour: blue
- Hair colour: black
