REGINA — The Regina Police Service has arrested and charged a third individual in connection with a homicide that occurred earlier this month.
Marshall Cote, 20, is charged with second-degree murder. He appeared in Regina court on Monday.
Earlier this week, Toni Moffatt, 22, and Andre Smith, 24, were arrested and charged with second-degree murder. They appeared in court on Oct. 23.
Their charges stem from an incident on Oct. 13 when police were called to the 100 block of College Avenue in Al Ritchie neighbourhood at about 4 a.m. When they arrived, they found a deceased man.
The area was secured and Regina Police Service Major Crimes Unit, Forensic Identification Unit and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service were called to the scene.
The man’s death was ruled a homicide.
