SASKATOON — Police are investigating following a robbery with a knife Wednesday afternoon.
Shortly before 1 p.m. on Oct. 29, police were called to a business in the 1700 block of Preston Avenue South in the Holliston neighbourhood of Saskatoon, for a report of an armed robbery.
The suspects had fled prior to police arrival.
Through their investigation, officers learned that two women and one man had entered the business and put bottles of alcohol into a bag before attempting to leave without paying. When confronted by an employee, one of the female suspects pulled out a knife and uttered threats.
