YORKTON –Another court appearance has been made by a teenage boy, arrested in connection with a serious assault on the Keeseekoose First Nation.
Kamsack RCMP say they were called to the reserve at about 2:45 Sunday morning, and they located an adult female, who had to be taken to hospital with injuries described as serious in nature.
The youth, who can’t be named, has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, and assault with a weapon.
He was in Yorkton Provincial Court Thursday, where he was remanded in custody to Nov. 25 in Kamsack.
