REGINA — The Regina Police Service, in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Coroners Service, have begun a death investigation.
Police say they were dispatched to a residence in the 1000 block of 12th Avenue shortly before 1 a.m. on Nov. 1, where a dead man was found. Officers secured the area and requested the additional resources of the Regina Police Service Major Crime Unit and the Regina Police Service Forensic Identification Unit.
At this early stage of the investigation, say police, no further details will be released to the public. The victim’s name will not be released at this time.
