LLOYDMINSTER — Update: Lloydminster RCMP have cleared the scene at Barr Crescent. However, police have moved to a secondary address near the corner of 32 Street and 47 Avenue and there will be a heavy police presence there.
Police believe that there is no ongoing risk to the public.
They ask that the public avoids the area and refrain from posting photos of responding officers on social media until after the operation is over.
