REGINA — Excitement and anticipation are in the air as the lineup for Country Thunder Saskatchewan 2026 has been revealed.
Headlining next year’s event includes famous American rock band Creed, who won a Grammy Award for their song, "With Arms Wide Open.”
Along with Creed, American country singers Lainey Wilson and Riley Green round out next year’s headliners. In total, roughly 15 artists will perform, bringing a mix of types of music, including country, pop, and rock.
“We have now found a way that we're going to try to have something for everybody,” said Country Thunder CEO and president Troy Vollhoffer.

Canadian talent will also take the stage at Country Thunder Saskatchewan 2026, including Cameron Whitcomb, who will perform directly before Creed and Noeline Hofmann.
Speaking on Whitcomb, Vollhoffer described him as an “electric vibe.”
“He's kind of pop. He's kind of country. And he's got a story to tell the audience.”
For the lineup, Vollhoffer said this is the biggest investment the festival has put into one, stating the amount would “blow your head.”
Politicians present at the announcement showed their excitement for next year’s lineup, including Regina Mayor Chad Bachynski.
“Extremely exciting. The lineup is incredible.”
He added, “I think [this lineup] is going to really put Regina and the area on the map.”
According to recent stats, Regina has seen an approximate $3 million annual drive from the festival, which includes hotel stays, airport traffic and restaurant visits.
Bachynski also described the event as “special.”
“There are people who have been out there for decades, year after year. There are friendships, there's family, there's traditions.”
While Country Thunder Saskatchewan has seen great success, last year’s festival saw an attendance drop of roughly 4,000 from 2024.
Vollhoffer expressed no concerns with attendance, stating he only wants people to come out and have a good time.
Also new to next year’s event will be Pro bull riding, which will occur for three days.
Country Thunder Saskatchewan is scheduled for July 9 to 12 in Craven.
