Adam Muntain had 28 saves to earn the win in Regina’s net, Jackson Dunn stopped 38 for Tisdale.
The Trojans once again made things interesting in Sunday’s rematch, as they scored a pair of goals to get within one with 6:45 remaining in the third period, only for Regina to score twice late to pull away for good.
Tisdale’s Logan Edwards and Regina’s Malaki Martin each scored power play goals in the first period as the teams left the opening frame with a 1-1 tie.
Bowen and Ryker Doka then scored two minutes apart late in the second period to give Regina a 3-1 lead through two, followed by Nathan Gardiner with his 17th of the season 30 seconds into the third for the three-goal edge.
Parker Salisbury then scored his first of the season for Tisdale at the 3:24 mark and Ramy Borowsky would make it a one-goal game 10 minutes later.
That set the stage for Grady Hodgins, who would add an insurance marker for the Pat Cs with 3:19 left on the clock and then pot a short-handed empty-netter with 1:46 remaining.
Ben Meyer stopped 26 shots to earn the win, Wyatt Fleischhacker stopped 35 for the Trojans.
