CANADA — The Government of Canada issued a recall on behalf of the company for the popular drinkable yogurt, YOP by Yoplait.
The drinks are being recalled from the marketplace due to the possible presence of pieces of plastic within the drink.
All beverages in the 200mL size are included in the recall, with a best-before date up to and including Jan. 12, 2026. Flavours included in the recall are blueberry, strawberry, strawberry banana, birthday cake, vanilla, banana, raspberry, peach, yuzu mandarin, tropical, mermaid blackberry starfruit, lactose-free strawberry raspberry and lactose-free mango.
Bottles of YOP in cases are also affected by the recall. These include the six-pack of strawberry flavour, six-pack of strawberry banana flavour, 12-pack of strawberry banana, blueberry, strawberry and raspberry flavours, 12-pack of strawberry and vanilla flavours, and the 15-pack of strawberry, vanilla, and strawberry banana flavours.
The Government of Canada is urging anyone who has recently purchased any Yoplait YOP check to see if they have any of the recalled products. If you do, they should be thrown out or returned to the location where purchased. Do not consume, serve, use, sell or distribute any of the recalled items.
