REGINA — Home values in Regina continue to increase.
Data from Wahi notes Regina has seen a seven per cent increase in the house property index (HPI) year-over-year from October 2025 and October 2024.
Wahi also noted Regina is the only major Canadian market which saw an accelerated year-over-year house appreciation in September.
As of September, the City of Regina, in its Growth Monitoring Report, mentioned the average benchmark price for a Regina home is $341,300, according to the Saskatchewan Realtors Association.
Other cities in Canada also saw an increase in year-over-year HPI, including Winnipeg and Quebec City (11 per cent).
Meanwhile, major hubs like Toronto and Vancouver saw a decrease in their HPIs of 4 per cent each.
