SASKATOON — A 36-year-old man is recovering from non-life-threatening injuries after an assault with a machete in the city’s Meadowgreen neighbourhood on the weekend.
At about 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 30, Saskatoon Police Service officers received a report of an injured man in the 100 block of Avenue W South. Police say he had been struck with what he reported to be a machete. He also told police he didn’t know the male suspect that struck him.
