EDGELEY — Update: Fort Qu’Appelle RCMP are investigating a fatal collision that occurred yesterday.
On Dec. 4 at approximately 1:15 p.m., Fort Qu'Appelle RCMP received a report of a two-vehicle collision on Highway 10, approximately five kilometres northeast of Edgeley.
Officers responded immediately, along with local EMS. The investigation determined a car and a semi collided. The driver and sole occupant of the car was declared dead by EMS at the scene. He has been identified as a 41-year-old man from Ebenezer. His family has been notified.
The driver of the semi did not report physical injuries to police.
Fort Qu’Appelle RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
