SASKATOON — Three Saskatoon residents are facing more than 25 combined charges following a late-night traffic stop.
At approximately 11 p.m. on Dec. 3, officers on patrol noticed a suspicious vehicle parked in William A. Reid Park, in the city’s Fairhaven neighbourhood. A traffic stop was conducted on the Honda CRV.
The occupants, including a 23-year-old woman and two men, aged 32 and 37, were arrested after police say they found two sawed-off rifles, a C02 pistol, .55 grams of carfentanil, 6.88 grams of methamphetamine, 5.56 grams of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
The three are all facing firearms and drug possession charges. Police say each were found to be in breach of court conditions.
