SASKATOON — A 31-year-old Saskatoon man has been charged following an attempted armed robbery last night on the city’s east side.
At approximately 9 p.m., Dec. 3, police were called to a business in the 2000 block of 8th Street East where a man was being held by security guards. It was reported the man attempted to steal an item and when confronted, he threatened the guards with a knife.
He is now facing a charge of robbery. No one was physically injured during the incident.
