REGINA — Regina Fire and Protective Services (RFPS) has determined that the commercial fire that broke out Tuesday evening on the 3000 block of Dewdney Avenue was deliberately set.
The findings have been turned over to the Regina Police Service, the RFPS said in a media release on Friday, and both agencies will now work together on the ongoing investigation.
The Dec. 2 fire damaged the the community fridge located at 3037 Dewdney Avenue, a service many in the neighbourhood depend on daily.
