WHITE CITY — The 5th annual Brick Stories LEGO Show & Sale transformed the community centre into a maze of colour, character, and ingenuity as builders and fans rolled in for two days of displays, shopping, and friendly competition.
Visitors were welcome to vote for their favourite custom made LEGO sets and entered to win prizes. The $5 entry fee did more than open the doors. It raised funds for programs at the White City Public Library, supporting everything from literacy events to hands-on learning opportunities.
Visitors wandered through rows of elaborate creations built by members of the Saskatchewan LEGO Users Group. Kids knelt to study tiny details. Parents pointed out clever features. Collectors scanned vendor tables for rare sets and hard-to-find pieces. Every corner of the hall buzzed with the kind of excitement only LEGO can generate.
Voting stayed tight with standout builds pulling crowds all weekend. Whether it was a sprawling fantasy world, a sharp cityscape or a clever mechanical model, each entry showed a level of passion that made choosing a favourite feel impossible.
By the time doors closed, the real win belonged to the community. The library gained new support, families shared a weekend of creativity, and builders inspired the next generation of makers.
