REGINA — In what has become a recurring theme in Saskatchewan this week, travel is not recommended on some highways in the province.
Travel was not recommended on highways leading into Regina earlier in the day, but those warnings have been lifted, with the exception of Highway 11 from Regina to Lumsden. Most of the advisories now in effect are for the east-central area, although some are still in place in the northwest and southeast.
Many highways in Saskatchewan are listed as covered or partially covered.
A snowfall warning and a blowing snow advisory are in effect for parts of the province, thanks to an Alberta clipper that is making its way through Saskatchewan.
For updates, check the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure's Highway Hotline.
SaskToday will have updates as they become available.
