REGINA — A man formerly listed among Canada’s Top 25 most-wanted fugitives was in a Regina court on Dec. 19.
Reshaun Norman Cote, charged with second-degree murder, was remanded in custody. His case was adjourned to Dec. 30 to give him time to obtain legal counsel. A warrant of committal was issued on Friday, meaning he will be held in custody as his case proceeds.
Cote is charged in connection to the May 2024 shooting death of 22-year-old Everett Wolfe Roberts-Orr. Police said the homicide occurred in the 4800 block of Sherwood Drive in Regina’s Regent Park neighbourhood.
Two other suspects, Isaiah James Dustyhorn and a 17-year-old youth whose identity is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, were previously arrested and charged in connection to the killing.
Cote was added to the national “Be On the Lookout” (BOLO) program in December 2024 and was arrested by Regina Police Service in January 2025.
