REGINA — A famous American breakfast chain is making its way to Regina.
The International House of Pancakes (IHOP) will open a dual-chained restaurant with Applebee's at 3698 Victoria Avenue East in the city’s east end, according to a job posting on Indeed.
The restaurant has also created social media accounts for the new dual-chained restaurant on Instagram and Facebook.
IHOP has over 1,700 locations in America, with the breakfast chain expanding into Canada, including locations in Winnipeg, Calgary, and Edmonton.
The Regina location would mark IHOP’s first restaurant in Saskatchewan. As for Applebee's, they previously had multiple locations in Regina, with the last one shutting down early in 2025.
The job posting also mentions expanding locations within the province.
It’s unclear when the store will officially open.
