REGINA — A key fundraiser is taking place to help support the 35th annual Cathedral Village Arts Festival (CVAF).
On Jan. 31, the Cathedral Village Community Association is hosting the Taste of Cathedral fundraising evening.
The night will include food from local restaurants, including Auntie Maggie's Caribbean Meals, Fiesta Filipino, and more. Music will be provided by Hotdog! Bluegrass, and there will be a silent auction.
In a statement, Don Young, CVAF festival director, said this will be the biggest festival seen yet.
“We're a little bigger, a little more successful every year. And with this being our 35th, we're really looking back on what we've accomplished with pride,” he said.
While being a key fundraiser, the event also showcases local businesses, noted the association.
The fundraiser will take place at the Canadian Italian Club starting at 6 p.m.
Tickets can be purchased here or at Dessart Sweets.
