WADENA — Another court appearance has been made by one of two people charged in connection with a stolen vehicle in the Wadena area.
On Nov. 5, Wadena RCMP received a report that a truck was stolen from south of Wadena.
Police say the truck ran out of fuel, and after they arrested the two suspects, they seized a firearm and what was suspected to be drugs.
Twenty-three-year-old Kaylin Nashacappo of the Yellow Quill First Nation was in Wadena Provincial Court Jan. 15, where she had her matters adjourned to Feb. 19.
Her co-accused, 36-year-old Calvin Paquachan of Yellow Quill, is still the subject of an arrest warrant.
