The Yorkton Terriers captured the latest Highway 10 showdown Saturday, rallying for a 4–3 overtime win over the Melville Millionaires to extend their streak to six games.
Jye Zawatsky scored the winner 1:30 into overtime after Gabriel Courchesne tied the game with 1:25 left in regulation. Vinay Junek and Brett Buckley also scored for Yorkton. Maddox Shindle, Grady Carmichael, and Brayden Gourley replied for Melville.
Alexandro Montoya made 27 saves for the win as the Terriers moved past Weyburn into top spot in the Bunge Division. Preston Patenaude was busy in the Mils’ net, stopping 43 of 47 shots in the overtime loss.
Melville is back home Friday against Weyburn, while Yorkton visits the Red Wings on Wednesday.

In Humboldt, Brady Holtvogt turned aside 34 of 36 shots in his return from the WHL as the Broncos edged Estevan 3–2.
Battlefords beat Warman 6–5 in a shootout, with Finlay Klippenstein forcing overtime late and Alessio Nardelli scoring the winner in round six. Owen Nelson had two goals for the North Stars.
Flin Flon improved to 20–0 at home with a 6–3 win over Weyburn, led by two goals from Pierce Yakimchuk.
In La Ronge, Jack Janzen and Sean Shiels scored twice each as Nipawin topped the Ice Wolves 5–4.
Melfort earned a 5–4 win over Kindersley as Bo Eisnor and Austin Shepherd scored third-period power-play goals, while Noel Englot and Danton Cox added three assists apiece. Bryson Aikens and Brock Evans paced the Klippers in the loss.
