During a traffic stop in the downtown area, EPS members arrested three men for a number of offences. The EPS said the motorist was found to be driving while impaired and was subjected to an evaluation by a drug recognition expert. He was also determined to be a suspended driver and the licence plate was deemed to be a dealer plate being use incorrectly.
Several charges for possession of illicit tobacco and possession of alcohol in a vehicle were also issued to the occupants.
