PRINCE ALBERT — Saskatchewan RCMP are investigating a suspicious death after an individual was found deceased at a property on 28th Street East in Prince Albert.
Police say the discovery was made on Feb. 9. Based on the preliminary information gathered at the scene, the RCMP’s Homicide Unit took over the investigation. Police say they are still working to confirm the identity of the deceased and no further details about the individual are being released at this time.
The Homicide Unit is working alongside the Prince Albert RCMP, the Prince Albert Police Service, and the Saskatchewan Coroners Service. Police say their work includes establishing a clear timeline of events and determining the circumstances surrounding the death. An will take place in the coming days.
