REGINA — The Regina Police Service is asking the public to avoid the Harbour Landing neighbourhood in the 3900 block of James Hill Road as a police operation is underway. Those in the area are asked to shelter in place and motorists and pedestrians are asked to choose an alternative route.
They say updates will be provided as they become available.
