RED SERGE TIP
As Valentine’s Day approaches, the RCMP is reminding everyone that while flowers and chocolates are nice, nothing says “I care” quite like keeping your home, vehicle and community safe from crime. Whether you’re headed out for a date night or staying in for a cozy evening, a few simple preventative steps can go a long way. Lock your doors, keep valuables out of sight and ensure your outdoor lighting is working. Valentine’s Day is about love; unfortunately, criminals love opportunity.
