WILKIE — The Wilkie RCMP responded to the following calls during the week of Feb. 3 to 9.
RCMP received a complaint of fraud, but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
An individual relinquished an unwanted firearm to be destroyed by the RCMP.
A 35-year-old male from Mullingar, Sask., was charged with operation while prohibited and two counts of fail to comply with probation order during a traffic stop.
Members conducted a well-being check at the request of a concerned citizen.
Police received a complaint of fraud, but it was unfounded.
RCMP received a complaint of a stolen vehicle. This matter is still under investigation.
Members received a complaint of theft, but it was unfounded.
Police received a report of a vehicle collision with a deer. There were no injuries.
RCMP received a complaint of a break and enter at a church in Landis but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
Members received a complaint of trespassing, but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.
Police received a request to keep the peace while an individual picked up personal property from a residence.
RCMP received a report of uttering threats. This matter is still under investigation.
Members conducted a well-being check at the request of a concerned citizen.
Police received a complaint of disturbing the peace. This matter is still under investigation.
Members conducted a well-being check at the request of Emergency Medical Services.
There were also two traffic complaints and two false 911 calls.
