SASKATOON — Police are investigating after a woman was assaulted during a break and enter early Thursday morning in the Stonebridge neighbourhood.
At around 1:15 a.m. on Feb. 12, Saskatoon police received a report of a break and enter to a residence in the 300 block of Dickson Crescent. Through their investigation, officers learned that a group of masked persons had broken into the residence, discharged bear spray, assaulted the occupant, and stole items before fleeing the area before police arrived. The suspects and victim are not believed to be known to one another.
Members of the Saskatoon Police Service General Investigations Section are continuing to investigate.
