WATROUS — A 68-year-old man is charged with two counts of possession of child sexual abuse and exploitation material after police raided a Watrous home on Dec. 10.
The man was released on conditions and is scheduled to appear in Saskatoon Provincial Court on March 24.
The Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit say they executed a search warrant at the residence and seized electronic devices.
The Saskatchewan ICE Unit is comprised of investigators from the RCMP, Regina Police Service, Saskatoon Police Service. Their mandate is to investigate crimes involving the abuse and/or exploitation of children on the internet.
