SASKATOON — Four men are facing dozens of charges after a month-long investigation that linked a gun-pointing incident in Saskatoon to a robbery in Moose Jaw and a planned second robbery in Saskatoon.
Saskatoon Police Service say the investigation started after they got a report on Dec. 5, 2025, from an individual that three men had pointed a gun at him and threatened him with violence.
Through their investigation, members of the SPS General Investigations Section determined the same suspects were responsible for a Dec. 4 robbery in Moose Jaw and were believed to be conspiring to commit another robbery in Saskatoon on Dec. 6.
On Dec. 6, officers arrested one of the three suspects and the additional two were believed to have fled to Calgary, Alta.
Further investigation identified a fourth suspect who was arrested on Feb. 11 when officers also recovered several firearms.
Search warrants were executed on one vehicle and two homes resulting in the seizure of a Honcho 12-gauge shotgun, an MP40 .22 rifle, an SKS 7.62 x 39 long gun, 24 rounds of SKS ammunition, three empty stripper clips, approximately $25,000 worth of stolen vape products, a handgun, knife, bear spray, zip ties and rope.
Four men are charged with weapons-related offences, conspiring to commit robbery, evading police, and intimidation of a justice system participant. Three of the men are Gurleen Singh, Vanush Prashur, and Gurkirat Singh.
