WADENA — Another court appearance has been made by a man arrested in connection with a break-in and arson on George Gordon First Nation.
On the morning of Feb. 1, Punnichy RCMP received a report of a fire at a home on the First Nation.
Later that day, Mounties received calls about a man walking with a firearm on the First Nation, and a suspect was subsequently arrested.
The investigation determined that a man had broken into the residence, stolen a firearm and started a fire.
Thirty-six-year-old Myles Anderson of Regina was in Wadena provincial court Feb. 19, where he was released from custody. He will return to court March 3 in Punnichy.
