SASKATOON — A 37-year-old man who was the subject of a public safety advisory returned to court on Feb. 24 seeking bail. Kyle Ronald Hameluck was remanded and is scheduled to appear again on March 18.
Hameluck was arrested on Feb. 14 in Saskatoon after police say he breached the conditions of his release, just hours after he had been freed from custody.
On Feb. 11, the Saskatoon Police Service issued a public alert saying Hameluck was a prolific offender who was previously convicted of 70 offences, including voyeurism, indecent acts, and trespassing at night. Police said that, out of an abundance of caution and concern about his potential to re-offend, they were releasing his name and photo.
