SASKATOON — Four people are facing drug, weapons, and proceeds-of-crime charges after officers with the Saskatoon Police Service Guns & Gangs Unit carried out enforcement action at a home in Riversdale.
Police say the operation began shortly after 8 p.m. on Feb. 26, when members of the unit, supported by the Tactical Support Unit, moved on a home in the 100 block of Avenue M South as part of an ongoing investigation. Officers seized a GSG-16 Carbine rifle, ammunition, $3,725 CAD, and 2.32 grams of methamphetamine.
Two men, ages 38, 37, a male youth,12, and a 31-year-old woman are facing charges relating to drugs, weapons, and proceeds of crime.
