REGINA — A 33-year-old Regina man accused of defrauding a local company is scheduled to return to Regina Provincial Court later this month.
Ethan Joel Robertson Ellis is charged with fraud over $5,000. According to court documents, between April 25 and Sept. 15, 2025, Ellis “by deceit, falsehood or fraudulent means” defrauded Inland Steel Products and/or Helix Construction.
The charge was laid in December.
Ellis’s most recent appearance was in February. He didn’t attend in person and his defence lawyer Nicholas Robinson appeared on his behalf. Judge Murray Hinds adjourned the matter to March 16, when it is expected to be spoken to.
