REGINA — Update: The Regina Police Service reports that 11-year-old Challen Belanger, who was the subject of a previous missing person news release, has been located, unharmed.
Original Report March 12: The Regina Police Service is asking the public’s help in locating 11-year-old Challen Belanger, who was last seen on March 11 at approximately 5 p.m. in the 1100 block of Blackwood Street North.
Challen is described as male, approximately 5’2” and 110 pounds. He has short blonde hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black hoodie, a camo jacket with orange lining, dark sweatpants, and black winter boots.
There is no evidence that Challen has come to harm, but he is considered at risk due to his age and there is concern for his well-being.
