REGINA — A Theodore man arrested after allegedly assaulting a Regina police officer has appeared in court again.
On March 7, the officer spotted an unregistered vehicle in the city and conducted a traffic stop.
It's alleged the driver refused to identify himself, then punched the officer twice before he was finally arrested.
Randhal Philip, 44, was in Regina Provincial Court on March 11, where he was remanded in custody for a bail hearing on March 13.
