ALBERTA — A high-ranking Saskatchewan gang member arrested in a joint RCMP operation remains in custody after a court appearance Friday.
Courtlin Littlewolfe, 38, appeared in St. Paul Court of Justice on March 13. His matters were adjourned to March 19 to be spoken to, and he was remanded.
His co-accused, Warren Littlewolfe, 35, also appeared Friday. He was denied bail and will remain in custody until his trial. He returns to court March 19 for election and plea.
Their arrests stem from a multi-jurisdictional effort on Dec. 10, 2025, when Alberta RCMP assisted Onion Lake RCMP in locating suspects tied to a Saskatchewan drug-trafficking and weapons investigation.
Around 2:20 p.m., Elk Point RCMP attempted to stop a vehicle in the Frog Lake area believed to be connected to the investigation. Police say the driver fled, prompting additional units to respond. A tire-deflation device was used, disabling the vehicle, and officers arrested Courtlin and Warren Littlewolfe without incident.
A search of the vehicle and occupants turned up brass knuckles, ammunition, suspected methamphetamine packaged in a way consistent with drug trafficking, and drug trafficking paraphernalia.
Community members later approached officers reporting that two firearms had been thrown from the vehicle in the area where the tire deflation device was deployed. Police say the occupants admitted to discarding firearms. A shotgun and rifle were recovered. Both had tampered serial numbers as well as illegal modifications.

Court records show that Courtlin Littlewolfe also goes by the name of Courtlin Whitstone. Lloydminster Saskatchewan Provincial Court previously heard that he is a high-ranking member of the Westside Outlawz, a street gang based out of Onion Lake, with activity in both Saskatchewan and Alberta.
