REGINA — A Theodore man arrested after allegedly assaulting a Regina police officer has appeared in court again.
On the afternoon of March 7, the officer spotted an unregistered vehicle in the city and conducted a traffic stop.
It is alleged the driver refused to identify himself, then punched the officer twice before he was arrested.
Randhal Philip, 44, appeared in Regina Provincial Court on March 18, where he was remanded in custody to March 20.
