REGINA — Shortly after 10 p.m. on March 18, Regina police were called to a single vehicle collision at Ross Avenue and Ring Road. When they arrived, they located a vehicle that had left the roadway and collided with a portion of the overpass.
Officers observed one occupant in the vehicle and attempted to provide first aid.
EMS arrived and, a short time later, declared the male deceased.
